§ 113.10 ANNUAL REPORT SETTING AMOUNT OF COLLECTED PREMIUMS.
   Every insurance company subject to the license fee imposed by this section shall, on or before March 31 of each calendar year, furnish the city, as a sworn statement, an annual report therein setting forth the amount of premiums collected from policies insuring risk within the city for the following types of insurance:
   (A)   Casualty;
   (B)   Automobile;
   (C)   Inland marine;
   (D)   Fire and allied perils; and
   (E)   Health.
