§ 113.01 IMPOSITION OF LICENSE.

Pursuant to KRS 91A.080, there shall be, and hereby is, imposed on each insurance company a license fee or tax for the privilege of engaging in the business of insurance within the corporate limits of the city. This chapter, for the city, shall be effective 7-1-2016.
