§ 110.20 OFF-SITE MOTOR VEHICLE SALES.
   The city permits the “off-site” sale of motor vehicles within the city limits; provided further that, said “off-site” sale shall be conducted on property zoned “highway commercial” (B-1) or “industrial” (I-C).
