(A) (1) The City Council finds Salt River Enterprises, Inc. has paid the sum of $500,000 for the construction of the Jim Beam Sanitary Sewer line. The City Council finds this payment is the advanced payment of the system development fees of this line.
(2) The City Council further finds the payment is for the service fee for the 107 acres, more or less of Salt River Enterprises, Inc., referred as the “Bourbon Trail Business Park” as shown by plat.
(B) The City Council authorizes and directs the collection of payment of subsequent developments connecting and/or having use of the described “Jim Beam Sanitary Sewer” line now referred as “The Shepherdsville South Bullitt Interceptor” on an acreage assessment of the sum of $2,500 per acre in addition to any other assessments, fees or connecting costs and other charges with the use of this sanitary sewer line.
(C) The City Council directs and authorizes the City Clerk to collect this fee upon the application for access to, or connecting to this “Jim Beam Sanitary Sewer” line now referred as “The Shepherdsville South Bullitt Interceptor”.
