§ 36.15 PASSENGER VEHICLE FIRES.

There shall be a flat fee of $500 for the response to and extinguishment of passenger vehicle fires. For purposes of this subchapter, a PASSENGER VEHICLE is described as a standard vehicle used for the purpose of transporting passengers totaling not more than 16 persons. A vehicle used for the transportation of cargo is not a passenger vehicle.
