(A) In order to comply with KRS 91A.040 (annual city audits), the City Clerk is directed and authorized to place on the agenda of the first regular scheduled meeting of the City Council in November of each calendar year the presentation and report by the auditors of the completed audit of the prior fiscal year.
(B) The City Council directs the Mayor and the City Clerk are to execute any and all documents to ensure the compliance of all provisions of KRS 91A.040 and publication of the preceding annual fiscal audit before December 31 of each year.
