§ 34.035 COMPLICITY WITH OR KNOWLEDGE OF OTHERS’ VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   No officer or employee may, directly or indirectly, induce, encourage or aid anyone to violate any provision of this code.
   (B)   If an officer or employee suspects that someone has violated this code, he or she is required to report it to the Ethics Commission pursuant to § 34.076 of this chapter.
