No business enterprise, including, but not limited to, auto body shop, service station, or auto lot, or similar business, shall allow any partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked, junked, or discarded vehicle to remain on the premises open to public view for longer than fourteen (14) days. Nor shall any business store more than three (3) vehicles at one time per designated work bay in a location open to public view.
