(A) Any person violating the provisions of § 50.102 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition to or in lieu of any other penalty, that person may, in the sound discretion of the court, be directed by the court to pick up and remove from any public place or any private property, with permission of the owner, or the person in possession of the property, upon which it is established that the person has deposited litter and all litter deposited thereof by anyone prior to the date of the execution of sentence.

(B) (1) The schedule of penalties for violations of this chapter is as follows:

(2) Each and every day during which a stationary violation continues, except in cases in which a given time has been allowed for corrective action to be taken, shall be a separate and distinct offense.

(3) If the fine is uncontested and paid within seven (7) days, it shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%).
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of Article IV § 50.301 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or be both fined and imprisoned. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
