§ 41.999 PENALTY
   (A) Any person violating any section of this ordinance shall be deemed to have committed a civil offense and be guilty of a violation.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars ($50) for each day the person is in violation of the ordinance. If the fine is uncontested and paid within seven (7) days, then it shall be reduced to twenty-five dollars ($25) for each day the person in is violation of the chapter.
   (C)   The City of Shelbyville Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction over the enforcement of this chapter and the provisions of §§ 22.900 through 22.913 shall apply to all proceedings relating to the enforcement of this chapter.
   (D)   The penalty for violation of §§ 41.050 through 41.054 set forth in this chapter shall be in addition to the charge for repair or maintenance that the city is authorized to assess pursuant to § 41.054.
