Any license may, after hearing by the Shelbyville Building Commission, be suspended for a definite length of time or revoked if the license holder wilfully, or by reason of incompetence, violates any provisions of this chapter, any other ordinance of the city, or any statute of the state relating to the installation, maintenance, alteration, or repair of electrical equipment, or any orders, rules, or regulations issued by authority thereof.
