§ 154.44 DISPOSITION OF FEES; RECORD KEEPING.
   All fees for registration certificates shall be deposited in the city’s general fund. The city’s Building Department shall keep a record of all persons registered to engage in the plumbing business, including plumbing contractors, journeyman plumbers, and apprentice plumbers, and the registration number issued to each applicant.
