(A) A person requesting the issuance of a certificate of registration for himself or herself shall, on the application provided by the Building Department, list his or her name, the company that he or she is to be registered under, that company’s address and telephone number as well as his or her personal address as well as his or her state plumbing contractor license number.
(B) Any person engaged in the act of plumbing work within the city shall be licensed before they perform any plumbing work. An application for such can be obtained in the Building Department and submitted with the required information, including his or her state plumbing license number.
(C) Any change in the location of the place of business shall be reported to the Building Department. The application and all provisions of this chapter relating thereto shall be binding upon all members of the firm or partnership and upon the person or corporation as the case may be.
