If the Building Inspector finds upon inspection that any plumbing work will not stand the required test, the plumbing contractor in charge of the work shall be required to renotify as provided under § 154.26, and to pay the fee as set forth in a schedule of fees and fines as approved by the Shelbyville Board of Public Works and Safety upon recommendation by the Shelbyville Building Commission.
