(A) It shall be the duty of the plumbing contractor to verbally notify the Building Inspector as well as the owner of the property involved or his or her duly authorized agent that an inspection is needed 48 hours prior to the inspection being made.
(B) It shall be the duty of the plumbing contractor of record to make sure that the work will stand the test prescribed before giving the above notice.
