(A) Before a plumbing permit is issued by the Building Department, plans and sketches of the work to be performed may be required by the Building Inspector.
(B) Approval of all plans and specifications by the Building Inspector as provided for by this chapter shall not guarantee any person that the approved plans and specifications are in exact accordance with this chapter, and no errors or omissions found later by the applicant or by the Building Inspector shall be construed to permit any person to violate this chapter or other laws. Errors or omissions shall be immediately rectified so that the plans and specifications conform to the city and state laws.
