§ 153.13 SCREENS, STORM DOORS, AND WINDOWS.
   Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall be responsible for hanging all screens, double or storm doors, and storm windows whenever they are required under the provisions of this chapter except where the owner has agreed to supply this service.
