§ 153.09 RIGHT TO COURT APPEAL.
   Any person who may be aggrieved by the action of the Board of Public Works and Safety in affirming an order of the Building Inspector, shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit or Superior Court in the county from the action of the Board, in accordance with state laws.
