If the owner of a building or dwelling fails to comply with the order to repair, alter, or improve, or to vacate and close the building or dwelling as provided by § 153.05, the Building Inspector shall cause to be posted on the main entrance to any building or dwelling so closed a placard stating in substance: “This building is dangerous and unfit for human habitation. The use or occupation of this building for human habitation, or any other purpose, is prohibited and unlawful.”
