§ 153.04 UNCORRECTED VIOLATIONS.
   If any person fails to comply with any written order of the Building Inspector issued pursuant to § 153.03, the Building Inspector shall make written report of his or her action to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city. It shall be the duty of the Board to take any action necessary, according to state law.
