§ 120.09 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

Failure by the cable operator to comply with the terms and conditions established by this chapter, shall constitute a violation of the city code (the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance). Penalties for such violations are subject to the conditions of § 10.99.
