§ 119.36 STATE CHAUFFEUR’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No taxicab owner or operator shall permit any person not having a valid state chauffeur’s license or any driver whose state chauffeur’s license has been suspended or revoked to operate any taxicab within the city.
