§ 119.31 AUTHORITY OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The Police Department is authorized and empowered to establish additional rules and regulations governing the issuance of taxicab drivers’ licenses not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter that may be necessary and reasonable.
