Each person running, driving, operating, or making the operation of a taxicab possible within the city, shall have printed on a card the fare and rate of transportation of passengers, together with the prevailing schedule of rates for the taxicab, and the name of the driver. The card shall be prominently displayed in each taxicab so that it can readily be seen and read by all passengers.
