(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to publish, announce, or conduct any sale of the type or kind defined by this chapter without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The license shall not be assignable or transferable.
(C) The license shall authorize only the type of sale described in the application at the location named therein.
(D) The license shall authorize only the sale of the goods described in the inventory attached to the application therefor.
