The provisions of this chapter are intended to augment and be in addition to the other provisions of this code and other applicable licensing ordinances of the city. Where this chapter imposes a greater restriction upon persons, premises, businesses, or other practices than is imposed by any other provision of this code or other licensing ordinance of the city, then this chapter shall control.
