All junk yard located inside the city limits must be completely surrounded with a solid fence so that the view of the business inside is completely blocked from normal view and trash can not blow out of the junk yard. The fence cannot be any higher than eight feet tall or any lower than six feet tall. No junk is permitted to set on the outside of the fence. The fence can be made of wood or metal and must be properly maintained, including painting.
