§ 116.12 LICENSEE IS PARTNERSHIP OR CORPORATION.
   (A)   If the applicant for a fumigation license or pest control license is a partnership, at least one member thereof shall be the holder of an owner- operator license of the same class.
   (B)   If the applicant for a fumigation license or a pest control license is a corporation, at least one officer thereof shall be the holder of an owner- operator license of the same class.
