§ 116.03 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER.
   No person shall use insecticides or fumigants or engage in pest control or fumigation work within the city unless the work is done in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the terms of the license issued therefor, and the regulations of the Board of Health.
