§ 114.03 FEE.
   (A)   The annual fee for the licenses shall be $25 for the first vehicle so licensed, and $5 for each additional vehicle, and shall be issued for one year beginning on the first day of January of each calendar year.
   (B)   The fees shall be paid to the City Clerk- Treasurer at the time the application is filed.
