§ 114.01 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR SALE OF FOOD FROM VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or permit the use of any vehicle, including wagons, motor vehicles, and vehicles propelled by manpower, for the sale or offering for sale of any unpackaged, uncartoned, or unbottled products, merchandise, food, or beverage intended for human consumption, on any public street or sidewalk in the city, unless a license for the vehicle is secured and the provisions of this chapter are fully complied with.
