§ 113.03 AUCTIONS CONDUCTED FROM STORES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or cry for sale at a public auction any goods, chattels, wares, or merchandise from any open door or window in any store, shop, or other building in the city, so as to collect persons upon any sidewalk or street in the city, whereby the passage of persons along the sidewalks or streets is hindered or in any manner obstructed.
