§ 113.01 NOISE TO ATTRACT ATTENTION PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person by outcry, ringing a bell, blowing a horn, beating a drum or making any other noise, or causing such noise to be made, to attract the attention of persons to any auction sale in the city.
