§ 111.06 ATTACHMENT TO SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to paste, write, paint, place, or fasten in any manner any poster, sign, card, sample package, or other advertising matter or device onto any public sidewalk, curb, or pavement or onto any public building or other public improvement within the city.
