§ 110.04 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person licensed by the city who is guilty of any fraud, breach, misrepresentation, or imposition, or who violates, neglects, or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this code or any other ordinance of the city relative to licenses, shall be punished as provided for a violation of this code, and the issuing agency, on proof of a second violation by any person licensed under this chapter, any other provision of this code, or any other ordinance of the city relative to licenses, shall have power to revoke the license issued to the offender.
   (B)   This section shall not be construed to limit or restrict in any manner whatsoever any other provision of this code relative to revocation of licenses.
   (C)   The Mayor shall have the authority to revoke the license of any person issued under the provisions of this code for any violation, upon conviction, of the laws of the state, the United States, any provision of this code, or any other ordinance of the city, in connection with the operation of the place of business or for any other reason that is provided by law or ordinance.
