§ 110.02 EXPIRATION.
   All annual licenses or licenses for which an annual fee is charged, issued by the city to any person under any provision of this code or any ordinance of the city, unless otherwise provided, shall expire on December 31 of each year. All other licenses shall be dated as of the date of issuance.
