§ 95.05 SHARP OBJECTS IN STREETS.

It is unlawful for any person to deposit, place, or leave any glass or other sharp substance or fragment of metal in any street, sidewalk, parkway, park, or other public place within the city. Any person who does so, whether accidentally or not, shall be deemed to have violated this section.
