§ 93.10 STRUCTURES TO BE REMOVED OR REPAIRED.
   Any building, shed, outhouse, or structure of any kind within the city that is partially destroyed by fire or any other cause, and that becomes filthy and unwholesome by reason of the partial destruction, or because offal, dirt, debris, paper, or a part of the structure becomes loose and is blown or wafted by the winds upon the streets, sidewalks, and public places of the city and is permitted by the owner to remain in this condition for 30 days after being notified by the Board of Public Works and Safety to remove, repair, or rebuild the same, shall constitute a nuisance.
