§ 72.16 PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLE SALES.
   (A)   No person shall conduct the sale of a private motor vehicle, other than a licensed motor vehicle sales agency except as follows:
      (1)   The seller is the owner of the vehicle.
      (2)   The vehicle is shown for sale at the property owned by, or the legal residence of the seller.
      (3)   The vehicle is properly parked in accordance with the provisions set forth in § 72.10(C).
      (4)   Vehicles for sale shall not be displayed at other location in any commercially or industrially zoned areas except those as indicated by the Zoning Code as approved motor vehicle sales locations.
   (B)   Signs for any private motor vehicle sale shall only be placed on the windshield of the vehicle at the proper location as set forth above.
   (C)   If the Police Department determines that any private motor vehicle sale has interfered with the safe flow of traffic, the Police Department may order the sale to cease and the vehicle sale suspended until such time as the unsafe traffic condition abates. Failure to suspend a sale after being ordered to do so shall constitute a violation of this section.
