§ 72.08 STANDING, PARKING ON ONE-WAY STREETS.
   The Chief of Police is authorized to erect signs upon either or both sides of any one-way street to prohibit the standing or parking of vehicles, and when signs are in place, no person shall stand or park a vehicle upon that side in violation of the sign.
