(A) The Chief of Police is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking on either side or both sides of any street adjacent to school property when such parking would, in his or her opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking upon either side of a street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in that designated place.
(C) Parking is prohibited at all times on the south side of Colescott Street between Elm and Tompkins except for school buses loading and unloading children.
