§ 30.37 PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE AT FIRES.
   (A)   The Chief or his or her agent at any fire may prescribe limits in the vicinity of the fire within which no person shall be allowed, unless by permission of the Chief or agent, or the police of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the police of the city to enforce the orders of the Chief or the agent with respect to the occupation of these limits during the progress of the fire.
   (C)   Every person present at a fire shall be subject to the orders of the Chief or the agent, or the police of the city, and shall do and perform any duty required of him or her by either of the officers, in the extinguishing of the fire or the removal or protection of endangered property.
   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section, or who shall disobey the orders given him or her by either of the officers, or fail to perform the duties required of him or her by either of the officers, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
