§ 91.03  FAILURE TO CORRECT.
   In the event that the owner or occupant of said premises fails to correct and eliminate said nuisance pursuant to the notice set forth in § 91.02, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined as provided in § 91.99.
