§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 91.01 through 91.05, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by a reference, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours after such failure to comply.

   (B)   If the owner or occupant of said premises fails to correct and eliminate said nuisance, he or she shall be fined a sum not to exceed $500. Each day’s violation after the expiration of the 15 days’ notice shall be a separate and distinct offense.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.22, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
