(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any truck having a gross weight in excess of six tons or any truck having a loading capacity in excess of six tons upon or over Birch Street, between the north line of Highway 81/92 and the south line of Oak Street, in the village.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, use, operate, or park any vehicle, including trailers and semi-trailers having a gross weight, whether loaded or unloaded, in excess of 6,000 pounds on Third Avenue from Park Street to Euclid Avenue within the village. This division (B) shall not prevent motor vehicles having a gross weight in excess of 6,000 pounds from using said street belonging to any firm, person, or corporation providing utility services or delivering materials to residents of Third Avenue when the presence of said vehicle is necessary for the delivery of such utility services and materials.
