8-3-9: PENALTY:
The penalty for violating the provisions of this chapter shall solely be a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00). There shall be no penalty of imprisonment for a violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 724, 7-21-1997, eff. 8-21-1997)
