A. Possession For Display: Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the possessing or sale of any kind of fireworks to a person holding a permit pursuant to this chapter for a supervised public display of fireworks authorized pursuant to Montana state law.
B. Blank Cartridges: This chapter does not apply to the military or naval forces of the United States or this state, or peace officers or to the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical or athletic events. (Ord. 724, 7-21-1997, eff. 8-21-1997)
