8-3-5: DISPOSAL OF UNFIRED FIREWORKS:

Any fireworks that remain unfired after a permitted fireworks display is concluded shall immediately be disposed of in a manner and way safe for the particular type of fireworks remaining and approved by the chief of the fire department. (Ord. 724, 7-21-1997, eff. 8-21-1997)
