Unless set forth elsewhere in this chapter any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction, and conviction thereof shall be punished by imposition of a monetary penalty of not more than seventy five dollars ($75.00), exclusive of statutory assessments. Loss of privileges to use or enter the skate park may be imposed at the discretion of the city. (Ord. 844, 12-21-2020, eff. 1-21-2021)
