A. A person commits the offense of obstructing an animal control officer or peace officer if the person knowingly obstructs, impairs, or hinders an animal control officer's or peace officer's enforcement of the ordinances of this Title 6.
B. A person convicted of the offense of obstructing an animal control officer or peace officer is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 839, 8-5-2019)
